How do you offer such low prices - are there hidden fees?
High quality doesn't have to be expensive. I have very low overhead costs, but I invest in quality equipment. No, there aren't hidden fees - I will let you know your total costs so that there aren't any surprises. Your event may have additional expenses such as performance licensing, local permits and table and chair rental. My fee is for the movie equipment rental, set-up and delivery.
What time in the evening can the movie start?

Does Moonlight Flix travel outside the Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois? What is your primary service area?
Yes, it depends on how far and date availability. The primary service area is 50 mile radius around the Davenport, IA. (See Map) I charge a fee for areas outside of my primary service area and the fee is based on the amount of extra time and travel required. Please contact me and I'll give you a quote or help you find another company. I also serve Chicagoland area. We offer the full moon and total eclipse outdoor movie rental packages in Chicagoland area. Prices are slightly more than those listed on the Web site because of the extra time and travel expenses.
What can I show?
You are renting the equipment, set-up and technical support. You supply the movie on DVD. You can also hook-up computers and game systems. Make sure you check all copyright laws, broadcasting rights and noise ordinances in your city and neighborhood. Also, I don't want to be associated with anything that is offensive or objectionable. So, put simply: keep it clean, legal and family oriented. For details: request service agreement>>
What about bad weather?
I don't expect anyone to pay for something they didn't use just because of bad weather. If both your first and second choice dates are canceled because of bad weather then, I will refund your deposit. Also keep in mind that it can be shown in many garages too, so you may not have to cancel a show if your space permits.
What if I cancel for other reasons?
If you or I can find another reservation for the date you canceled, then I will refund your deposit. See cancellation policy under user agreement. If not, then I keep your deposit.
How do I reserve a date?
Just give me a call (563/323-0523) or send me an e-mail:joe@moonlightfilx.com. The sooner you reserve the better. A deposit is required to hold the date. Personal checks and credit cards and e-checks are excepted through PayPal.
